There is no celebration if there’s no pie. And while you could buy a pie from the store, nothing tastes better than a homemade pumpkin pie – unless of course, that pie is homemade and cannabis infused. Create a Danksgiving spectacular with this Pumpkin Pot Pie.
¼ cup cannabutter
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 (16-ounce) canned pumpkin
1 (9-inch) unbaked piecrust
Step 1: In small saucepan on low heat, melt the cannabis butter.
Step 2: In bowl, combine milk, eggs, molasses, cinnamon, nnutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, and pumpkin. Mix well.
Step 3: Add the melted cannabis butter to the mixture and stir well. Pour mixture into piecrust and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
