There are countless ways to reap the benefits of weed. Between smoking, vaping and edibles (to name just a few), you can pretty much find a way to relax, have fun and treat ailments in a way that works best for you. Some people find that the best way is through using THC oil.
THC, which is short for tetrahydrocannabinol, is one of the many cannabinoids found in weed. It’s the chemical that’s responsible for the pain relief and relaxation provided by cannabis, and it’s also responsible for the psychoactive effects. THC oil is a liquid extract of the compound from the cannabis plant. It can be applied to the skin, used in dabbing, inserted into capsules for oral use, used to make consumables and more.
There’s no one right way to use THC oil, it’s all about what works best for you. Buying THC oil is sometimes tricky. Sometimes it’s sold under the name THC oil, while some suppliers call it cannabis oil, marijuana oil or even RSO (Rick Simpson Oil). There’s no standard naming regulations, which means you could be getting THC oil, CBD oil or a mix of THC and other cannabinoids. If you’re buying online, you run the risk of getting hemp oil–which, while useful in its own right, isn’t what you need if you’re looking for THC oil.
Your best bet for buying high quality THC oil is to visit a dispensary where you can ask questions and learn about their processes. Or you can make THC oil at home–there are a couple different methods, each with their own benefits and drawbacks.
