Colorado Gov Says: Legal Pot Not As Vexing As We Thought

Earlier this week, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper joined Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business. They chatted about the economy, tech, and of course, legal marijuana.

Many have said Colorado is the poster child for legal marijuana. The Governor says, that while he opposed the original vote, legal pot is not as vexing as we had thought and has produced over $100 million in tax revenue!

There’s a real expectation from people, even those who don’t smoke [marijuana], that [if you do], you shouldn’t go to jail. It isn’t that much worse than whiskey or beer. And, there’s a sense that we should figure out how to [legalize marijuana]. – Gov. John Hickenlooper

There are many differing opinions, but the Governor makes some interesting points. Check out the video for yourself.  What do you think? Do you agree with Hick?
