Start you Danksgiving off right with this Canna-Corn Bread. Seasonal and served warm, nothing will make you appreciate the season quite like a corn bread high.
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoons cannabutter
3/4 cup fine-ground cornmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
5 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk, at room temperature
1 egg, at room temperature
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400℉ and grease an 8 pan or with cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine butter and canna butter in small town and microwave it so that is melted.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4: In another small bowl, mix egg and milk. Stir in butters. Pour contents into the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5: Pour into pan and cook for 18-20 minutes.
