Danksgiving Feast 2015: Ganja Gravy

Nothing eases the stress of the holiday season quite like a little bud to calm the mind.  In part two of our Danskgiving 2015 recipe guide, we present a delicious Ganja Gravy recipe.

Ganja Gravy

3 tablespoons of cannabis oil

1 1/2 cups of mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon of chopped rosemary (fresh or dried)

1/4 cup wine (red, white or marsala)

1 packet of mushroom gravy mix (net wt. 0.75 oz.) makes one cup

3/4 cup of water

 

Step 1: In medium skillet on medium to high heat, mix canna-oil, mushrooms, rosemary and wine. Saute for about ten minutes or until mushrooms are soft.

Step 2: Add gravy packet and water. If you want a creamier gravy, uses ¼ cup of water and ½ cup of milk in place of the ¾ cup of water.

Step 3: Reduce heat to a simmer for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

 

Ganja Gravy is a great option to give everybody the chance to enjoy a holiday high without overdoing it. Guests can add it on top of whatever they want and control their own dosage – though we can’t imagine there will be any leftovers!
