Danksgiving Feast 2015: Stoner Stuffing

Thanksgiving isn’t Thanksgiving without some stuffing. But make your holidays a little bit more exciting this year with a little Stoner-approved Stuffing.

What You Need:

1 ½ cups cannabis butter

1 ½ tbsp poultry seasoning

1 cup celery

1 cup onion

2 eggs

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 tsp pepper

13 cups dry bread cubes

 

Step 1: Cut bread into 1” cubes and sit out for 48 hours before starting to cook.

Step 2: In a skillet set to medium heat, saute the onions and celery in cannabis butter for about 10-12 minutes or until tender.

Step 3: Pour mixture over the dry bread cubes. Next add the chicken stock, eggs and spices.

Step 4: Mix everything together well and put into casserole dish (after spraying it, of course!) Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the top turns a golden brown.
