  • 1 bar or ~1.5oz of cannabis dark chocolate
  • 1/2-1 pint blueberries, washed
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • medium-sized pot with lid
  • metal bowl or strainer
  • glass bowl
  • parchment paper
  1. Chop up your chocolate as fine as possible to make it easier to melt down when in the bowl. Add your salt and curry powder to the chocolate in your glass bowl and mix it up.
  2. Fill up the pot halfway with water and put the metal bowl or strainer on top. It is important that the bowl or strainer fits in the pot snugly, but not falling to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Boil your water. Once it reaches a boil, turn it down to a medium heat. Place the bowl with the chocolate inside the strainer with a lid on top.
  4. In about 5 minutes, stir the chocolate to ensure that it’s all being melted.
  5. Once it looks completely melted, take the glass bowl out (use an oven mitt!) and set on a cutting board.
  6. Take those beautiful blueberries and drop them all in the bowl. Stir to coat them all.
  7. Take a spoon or fork and divide out clusters of berries (or singles) and place them on the parchment paper.
  8. Once they’re all on the paper, put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let them cool. Now you can lick the spoon and bowl while you wait (or save it for other recipes)!
